Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging—just as you received it. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@yeagerapparel.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the necessary instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs when returning a product.
Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If a refund is issued due to an incorrect address provided by you, any additional shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@yeagerapparel.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including custom products like special orders or personalized items. If you're unsure about your item, please get in touch with us. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For a swift exchange, please contact our customer support at info@yeagerapparel.com as soon as possible to initiate a return. After your return is approved and we receive the item in its original condition, we'll quickly process and ship your replacement item.

European Union 30-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@yeagerapparel.com.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact us at info@yeagerapparel.com. We'll process your cancellation and initiate a refund. However, if your order has already been shipped or delivered within that 24-hour period, cancellation may not be possible, and you should refer to our Return Policy.
