We offer a 14-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• It must have the original tags attached.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

• Wait for approval and return instructions before sending back any items.

• Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If a refund is issued due to an incorrect address provided by you, any additional shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@yeagerapparel.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product?

• Contact us at info@yeagerapparel.com to initiate an exchange.

• Once your return is approved and the item is received in original condition, we’ll quickly send out the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, no explanation needed.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you whether your refund is approved.

• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note:

• Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, contact us at info@yeagerapparel.com.

Cancellations

Changed your mind?

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it.

• Email us at info@yeagerapparel.com immediately to request cancellation.

After 2 hours:

• The order may already be processed and shipped.

• In that case, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to follow the standard Return Policy.
